The ClanCore bot lives on your Discord server and takes the organising off your hands: plan scrims, review applications, hand out roles, keep an eye on your game servers. You manage all of it from one place, your ClanCore account in the clan portal.

Self-service roles

You create a role menu and the bot posts it with buttons. Members give themselves their game, squad or notification roles, one click adds or removes the role. The bot only touches roles below its own.

Scrim and match planning

With /scrim anlegen you set up a match against an opponent. The bot posts an overview with accept and decline buttons and keeps the roster live. Before the match it reminds everyone who accepted 60 and 10 minutes ahead.

You define a form with up to five questions. Members apply via /bewerben, the answers arrive as a card in the team channel with accept and decline. On accept the bot grants the member role and lets the applicant know.

Game server status

Add a Source or Minecraft server with /gameserver hinzufuegen. The bot polls it every two minutes and shows status, player count and, for Source, the map as a live message. If the server drops or comes back, it reports it.

How to set it up

Four steps and it runs. You need a free ClanCore account, no webspace required for it.

  1. Sign in to the clan portal

    Sign in at my.clancore.de with Discord. The account is free and needs no webspace.

  2. Invite the bot

    Bring the bot onto your server with the invite button. You need the permission to manage it there.

  3. Link the server

    Generate an eight character code in the portal and enter it in Discord with /einstellungen verknuepfen.

  4. Set up the modules

    Switch on the modules your server needs in the portal and adjust their settings.

Have webspace at ClanCore? Then assign the server to your clan right in the portal and manage everything in one place.

What the bot does not do

We keep the permissions and the stored data as small as possible. Linking and configuration run through your ClanCore account, not by reading along on your server.

It does not read message content. It does not even request the permission for it.

It only stores IDs, counters and the content you create yourself, such as matches, forms or tickets.

If the bot leaves your server, it deletes all data about it automatically. An admin can also trigger deletion via /einstellungen daten-loeschen.

No music playback and no ads. And no paywall, every module is included.
